Urban Wind Haven offers yoga classes, community events and workshops, café service and lifestyle consultations in Kagoshima. This notice gives the details that Japanese law asks a seller to publish. This website itself has no online shop or checkout: every agreement is made by us confirming terms in writing.

How agreements are made
You enquire by phone, email or the form on the Contact page. We reply with the details of the service, the fee and the terms in writing. An agreement exists only when you have accepted those terms and we have confirmed it. Until then nothing is owed.
Fees, quotes and tax
A written quote from us names the service, the date or period, the fee, whether consumption tax is included, how and when to pay, and the cancellation terms. If any of those is missing from a quote, please ask us before you accept it. We do not take advance payment through this website, and nobody connected with Urban Wind Haven will ask you to pay through a link you have not requested.
The free introductory chat
The first 30-minute conversation about lifestyle consulting is offered without charge. It does not oblige you to buy anything, and we do not require payment details to arrange it. It takes place by phone or in person at the address above, as we agree with you beforehand.
Classes, events and the café corner
Classes and events are sold per session, per series or as a pass, as set out in the written quote. The café corner serves drinks and light food at the price shown at the counter. The cancellation terms in the quote apply to the class or event it covers. Statutory cooling-off rules, wherever they apply to a particular contract, are not affected by anything written here.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in this notice or in our quotes reduces the rights that the Consumer Contract Act and other Japanese consumer-protection rules give you. If a term in a quote seems unfair, tell us and we will explain or correct it. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact your local consumer centre (消費生活センター).
Records
We keep our quotes and your confirmations so that both sides can check what was agreed. What we do with the personal information in those records is described in the Privacy Policy.
